TIDY FRESH offers a 7 day money back guarantee. All Returns or exchanges are subject to review and must be returned in its original form. Store Credit may be provided as an alternative option. Please keep in mind that an order cannot be returned or cancelled if it is already in the shipping process. If you would like to cancel your order you have 24-hrs from the time that the order was placed to receive full compensation. Please note that a $35.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount paid for all cancellations after the 24 hour window. 

*Custom frames are made to order & are Final sale. Customers may be subject to pay the shipping fee cost if the returned package is over 5lbs.  

*Bulk orders or custom quote orders are Final sale, unless notified otherwise.
